I am an Alexander Technique teacher and musician living and teaching in Manchester-by-the-Sea, Massachusetts. I started exploring the Alexander Technique to help me with excess tension problems in general and with playing the violin in particular and completed my teacher training certification back in 1992. Since then I have made the Technique an essential and central part of my life and my way of being in the world.


Steve Cunningham – Massage Therapist and Acupuncturist



Steve is licensed by the State of Massachusetts as a Massage Therapist and licensed as an Acupuncturist by the Massachusetts State Board of Medicine. He received his Masters Degree in Acupuncture from The New England School of Acupuncture (NESA) in 2007 and Graduated from the Muscular Therapy Institute (Cortiva) in 2004.
Steve is especially interested in the interplay between posture and mobility as it relates to mental and physical health as well as the relationship between life-event stressors and illness.

Dr. Andrew Lenhardt – Family Medicine Focusing on Complex Health Issues



Andrew Lenhardt is a board-certified family doctor with a focus on chronic, complex health problems. He is on the faculty of Tufts Medical School, Endicott College and Yale University. He has written two books, The Best of All Worlds and Emotional Intelligence in a Complex World. He is also the founder and medical director of the venture Complex Health Solutions.
