Denise has been tremendously blessed with a health care career that spans over 2 decades. About 10 years ago through self discovery and with the influence of several energy healing modalities, Denise made a tremendous shift in her life leading her to a path of achieving a state of wholeness. For the last decade, Denise has not only been a student of whole health living, energy medicine and life coaching but also a practitioner. As a Holistic Life Coach, she helps successful women transform their self-limiting beliefs so they may feel whole, empowered and thrive as their best Self.

I am an Alexander Technique teacher and musician living and teaching in Manchester-by-the-Sea, Massachusetts. Since then I have made the Technique an essential and central part of my life and my way of being in the world.
